Erica's Birthday Bash

On Saturday we celebrated my youngest sister Erica's 22nd birthday. My baby sis is already 22, ohhh how time flies. Erica is in her final year at the University of Oregon and came back for the holidays this past Friday. It's so nice to be able to spend time with the little one since I rarely see her these days!

Unfortunately United Airlines lost Erica's luggage on the way to San Francisco from Eugene (what a great start to the birthday right?) so we spent most of the day on Saturday shopping for clothes. Later in the evening my family got together at a French restaurant in the Mission called Garcon. Garcon has been around since 2001 but a new head chef took over last February and he's added a bit of "New Orleans flare" to the award winning French menu. We are big fans of the beignets- a classic New Orleans specialty. The food there is amazing- I can't wait to go back again!
